This is our go to Banana Bread Recipe that we have been using since Claire began baking! We make it anytime we have extra bananas left over, and often make 2 loaves at a time so we can share!

This delicious Banana Bread recipe is our go to anytime we have left over bananas (we often hold some bananas aside so we as sure to have some)!

Ingredients

2 cups AP Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda
-
½ cup Butter
-
¾ cup Brown Sugar
-
2 Eggs
-
2 ½ cups (about 4) overripe bananas

¼ tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease loaf pan and set aside.
Combine AP flour, baking soda, & salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter & brown sugar.
Once combined, add in eggs, one at a time, mixing until combined. Stir in bananas.
Add in dry mix, ⅓ at a time, adding in more once combined.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Add in 1/2-1 cup of walnuts, chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips for added flavor!
