This is our go to Brownie recipe and one of Liam's favorites. We use our BOOM Goes the Chocolate Cake Mix for this recipe. Ingredients

2 cups (1 12oz package) BOOM Goes the Chocolate Cake Mix
½ cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350F.
Grease 8x8 baking pan and set aside.
Combine mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla and stir to combine.
Mix in Chocolate Chips.
Pour into greased baking pan and level with a spatula.
Bake for 24-28 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Recipe Note

Substitute your favorite add ins for the Chocolate Chips. Claire has made these with peanut butter chips, dried coconut, dried cherries, and Nutella (stirred in just like the chips), to name a few!
