These quick & easy double chocolate cookies are made with our BOOM Goes the Chocolate Cake mix with only 3 extra ingredients! Ready in less than 20 minutes!

BOOM Goes the Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 - 12oz package or 2 cups BOOM Goes the Chocolate Cake mix

  • 4 TBSP Butter, Melted

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix melted butter and eggs in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in dry mix, until fully combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Drop tablespoon sized batter onto undressed baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes and cool on wire rack.

  7. Enjoy!
